We have been to multiple Zaxby's but this location is one of the best. Your food is always hot and fresh! The customer service is usually pretty good as well but today the service wasn't like the last few visits.

The toast is nearly never worth eating but the chicken is incredible and what's really impressive is the service. Every member of the staff here is friendly, helpful, and kind. A solid fast food establishment.

It's a chain. Did not know they served chicken. I liked the southern flavor of the place. Servers were nice. Chicken was breaded but juicy. Place was clean. I would go back.

The worst Zaxby's that I've ever been to. This place can ruin your opinion of Zaxby's. In the past, they've always had fast and friendly service and operated a clean restaurant. I was the only customer inside and still had to wait nearly 10 minutes for my food. While I waited I tried to get some soda from their drink machines. They had 2 drink machines up front and both were spitting out not only soda but a nasty and very dark colored liquid. They offered to get my soda from one of their machines in the back but I declined. Clearly those machines were not being properly cleaned and if they would let the machines up front that customers use get that bad, just imagine how nasty the others may be. And after the 2 machines spit that nasty black stuff all in my cup I tried to ask for another. I kept saying excuse me to the employee up front and she kept ignoring me, even though I continued to say "excuse me" louder and louder to the point of nearly yelling. So I wondered why I was being ignored, and then I saw that her and another of the employees were clearly being very hostile in a passive aggressive manner towards each other and I realized their little conflict was considered more important than customer service and the employee was ignoring me because she was more interested in her frustration towards a co-worker. I had to wait until she was looking directly at me to get her attention. I've been to alot of Zaxby's and never experienced anything like this. Before I came to this location I considered Zaxby's to be one of the more better run establishments.
